The staff are excellent in communication. The professional standard is what you would expect in a top rated hotel with higher room rates.

The staff brought a refrigerator into our room because there was not one there to begin with. The room was spacious. The curtains were black-out curtains which helped to keep it dark in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

it was very clean. one of the lady’s that worked at the front desk was very kind to me and my daughter. I can’t tell how grateful I am that she was the one working. If you’re that lady and you see this I appreciate you
